Community Champions choose from three levels of partnership and enjoy select benefits:

To enroll, simply:

    If you have already completed the Enrollment Form, please proceed to payment!

  2. Select payment for your preferred level of partnership!

    Each level offers convenient monthly or annual payment options. A limited number of pay-what-you-may scholarships are available for organizations offering recurring, accessible programming - email champion@commongrounds.coop to learn more!
