Noble Living Sangha: Recovery Dharma
“Healing through Unity & Wisdom”
Join us for a weekly meeting where we cultivate compassion on the road to liberation. Noble Living Sangha offers Buddhist-inspired recovery support through meditation, mindfulness, and teachings on the path to freedom from all forms of suffering.
Our group is open to anyone and everyone seeking a supportive peer community in an inclusive and relaxing environment. Recovery Dharma meetings are FREE and held every Wednesday in the Crow's Nest (3rd floor community room).
About the Recovery Dharma approach:
“Buddhist-Inspired, Not Required”
At Recovery Dharma, we go beyond stopping the addiction. We focus on addressing their underlying causes, which we’ve often found stems from unacknowledged pain and invisible traumas.
Our practice emphasizes compassion, non-judgment, and spaciousness to tenderly understand why we turned to our addictive habits for relief.
We don't rely on motivators of shame and fear. We believe in our inner wisdom; that there’s a pure seed of good in each of us that can always be nourished. This is the same seed that brought you to pick up and read this brochure.
In recovery, everyone deserves a chance and a choice. But regardless of the path or program chosen, we want every person suffering from addiction to be able to find the recovery program that meets their needs. May all beings be free of suffering.
