FIRST FLOOR
The Aviary
The face of the building, with floor-to-ceiling windows fronting 8th Street. A flexible spot for working, meeting, and taking it all in.
Capacity: 50 standing | 20 seated
SECOND FLOOR
The Hive
Central lobby & gallery for inclusive community events surrounded by visual art. Opens to the Teaching Kitchen and The Alluvion; rentals include use of the Monumental Stairs.
Capacity: 100 standing

Esperance
Teaching Kitchen
A stunning community kitchen for food-focused classes and events; includes balcony facing 8th Street. Can be expanded via a collapsible wall when rented alongside the Starling Room.
Capacity: 25-50 standing | 12-24 seated

The Crow’s Nest
