Join us for an evening as fulfilling as the northern Michigan spring harvest. Presented by MI Farm Co-op in collaboration with Groundwork Center for Resilient Communities, this unique event features an interactive cooking demo and community meal at the Commongrounds Esperance Teaching Kitchen.

Experience the creation of a delicious, plant-forward three-course meal while learning about the health benefits of incorporating Northern Michigan’s spring seasonal harvest. Local health expert and physician, Dr. Tina Metropoulos, DO, West Front Primary Care with support from Christine Straley, nutritionist, local food enthusiast, lover of NOMI foods, and Operations Manager for MI Farm Co-Op will share their deep-rooted knowledge and answer your questions about optimizing health through seasonal eating.

Inspired by Blue Zone principles, including nurturing strong social connections, enjoying a plant-forward diet, staying active, and having a sense of purpose, we look forward to connecting with our community over a delicious meal that embodies these values. Space is limited, so secure your spot today.
