STEP 1: PURCHASE A ONE-TIME OWNER SHARE

STEP 2: SELECT DUES & ENJOY BENEFITS!
While your owner share is a one-time purchase, owner dues are assessed yearly!
Annual dues help keep our co-op running and maintain your active, “good standing” owner status, giving you access to your owner rights & benefits! Annual dues are pay-what-you can, with a suggested minimum of $48/year. If this amount is cost prohibitive, please reach out to our team at hello@commongrounds.coop.
